Ryan Best is a Spokane native who attended Cheney High School. Ryan attended Seattle Pacific University Honors program being elected President of the Associated Students of Seattle Pacific. After school, he worked for Leader National Insurance Company, a high-risk division for AIG. In this capacity, he learned the inner workings of the insurance world; negotiating and investigating insurance claims throughout Washington.

He next attended Baylor Law School in Waco, Texas. Participating in Baylor’s nationally recognized practice court program. Returning to Spokane, Washington he went to work for Paine Hamblen in February of 2003 working on a variety of civil litigation matters. But with a focus on injury and insurance matters. He worked as insurance defense counsel for USAA, Geico, Swiss Reinsurance of America, MetLife, Mutual of Enumclaw, Great West Life Insurance Company, Leader National, Travelers Insurance and Safeco Construction Claims. He also represented private industries in civil litigation, construction, contract and employment matters.

In August 2012, Ryan Best, opened Best Law PLLC. A firm he dedicated to representing individuals in disputes with insurance companies and employers.
